1.1 Purpose

Content authors can crop, resize, process and optimise images.

Images on cached pages do not need to be resized as this occurs automatically.

1.2 Operation

Content manage selects an image from the Library.

The editor opens

The user makes edits and saves

The user is prompted to replace existing references

1.3 Technical

The image is saved with a new prefix (old prefix is removed)

The Asset record is versioned

The user has the option of replacing all references to the old image with the new image
